The studios in Macquarie Park are versatile spaces designed to highlight Canon’s full range of products, innovations, and professional imaging solutions. They are used for a variety of purposes, including photo and video shoots, product demonstrations, events, and training sessions for both internal teams and external partners. Our studios play a key role in supporting sales and marketing efforts across the CIS business, offering a unique platform to showcase why Canon is a leader in image capture and printing. 

 

About the Role 

 

This dynamic role sits within Canon’s Professional Imaging Solutions team and is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our studio operations. You’ll be the welcoming face of our studios, managing bookings for internal departments and external clients, and ensuring every space is immaculately presented and ready for shoots, events, and demonstrations. Your commitment to best-in-class service will support Canon’s reputation for excellence, whether you're coordinating with the accounts team, preparing equipment, or responding to client enquiries. 

 

You’ll play a key role in supporting sales opportunities, meeting monthly budgets and KPIs, and managing studio invoicing and payments. Your ability to educate clients on our professional imaging solutions and provide tailored advice will help them achieve outstanding results. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential as you’ll be responsible for delivering consistent and outstanding customer service.  

 

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, wherein you’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, contribute to process improvements, and support marketing activities, exhibitions, and events. 

 

Scope of Role 

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Professional Imaging Solutions teams 

  • Managing studio bookings from external clients 

  • Manage internal requests for shoots and events 

  • Ensuring all studios are presented immaculately 

  • Maintenance and management of studio supplies and assets 

  • Offering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Coordinating with the Facilities and QSE teams on studio up-keep 

  • Supporting events, product demonstrations, sales and support of all customers 

  • Support CPS and Business Unit customer enquiries
