About the Role
As a Team Member, you’ll be focused on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction as you hit your service levels targets through service delivery excellence. Your positive "can-do" attitude reliability and excellent eye for detail will stand you in good stead as you manage a variety of documents and processes for blue chip and government clients.
Main Duties include;
- Sorting and preparing documents for scanning
- Scanning documents on desktop and track scanners
- Archiving and retrieving documents
- Creating and maintaining production reports
- Handling and resolving phone and email queries
- Establishing and maintaining relationships within client, suppliers, and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence
- Providing timely and accurate input into all reports
About you
You’ll be working for a variety of government clients, where security clearance is required, so Australian citizenship is a must for this varied role. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will come to the fore as you manage a wide variety of complex documents for our customers. You know how to meet SLA and you thrive on delivering accurate and timely document management services.
