About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused team member in scanning and print to join our Canon Business Services’ onsite team based in Sydney CBD. The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective delivery of contracted services in a customer site in accordance with Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.

Main Duties

  • Scanning to client specifications producing digital copies of documents for client
  • Maintained daily workflow to ensure all items are scanned in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process scan/print requirements including delivery when required
  • Preventive maintenance and cleaning of fleet devices 
  • Support Printroom service to ensure all customer requests are completed and delivered on time and within budget as per customer requirements
  • Expenditure and wastage are minimised to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor consumables and general supplies, reorder and distribute as required
  • Deliver services in line with customer expectations
  • Operational processes are followed to ensure service delivery excellence
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements 
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Participate in projects which may arise from time to time

Key Requirements

  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Knowledge of scanning and digital print operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Experience of finishing and binding operations
  • Experience of low/mid volume print/copying operations
  • Print Colour Management skills
  • Fiery RIP, Adobe Suite experience
