6 - Salesforce Administrator

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the Salesforce Support team and Salesforce Technical Lead to support and configure the Canon Oceania Salesforce ecosystem.

Essential Duties

  • Respond to Salesforce support requests via multiple channels in a timely manner
  • Facilitate user set up / deactivation and permission audits
  • Support stakeholders with ongoing Salesforce configuration to meet business needs
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Assist in development and delivery to operational stages of project work/ new developments
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement processes through user feedback and experience
  • Produce and contribute to support documentation and procedures

  • At least 1 year of Salesforce Administrator experience, providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Salesforce.com CRM applications is preferred
  • Knowledge of custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards and process builder
  • High level organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise workload



  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketplace Add-ons, especially Dataloader
  • Experience designing and maintaining complex user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules
