About the Role

The key purpose of Claims and RMA officer is to process customer RMA and claims for the CCI group within SLAs provided.

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities: 

  • Provide expert customer service and claims/RMA support to external customers;
  • Process claims within Canon CCI policy and procedure;
  • Ensure accuracy and proper investigation needed in every claim document received;
  • Timely resolution and verification on each type of claims;
  • Establish coordination with different stakeholders involved in processing claims/returns;
  • Ensure both internal and external audits are passed by adhering to requirements;
  • Maintain claims processing within Canon CIPG policy and procedures;
  • Properly escalate pending items should be to gain timely resolution of adjustments needed;
  • Maintain accuracy in validation and collating necessary documents for support.

 

 

Qualifications  

  • Excellent systems and process knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills
  • High level of accuracy and a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge on Oracle is an advantage but not necessary
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a wider team
