About The Role

The Administrative Assistant provides direct and indirect support to the development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the Sales department meets its targets. To provide accounts support services that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and meets or exceeds company standards & policies. The key responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Update SFDC Opportunities (Close Opps, Update Products);
  • Send monthly report all changes on particular customers in Billserve;
  • Perform Billing Export / Adhoc Billing Reports;
  • Process Third-Party invoices - across all branches as needed;
  • Keep the Third Party Tracker updated;
  • PO Creation and Monitoring (Palette);
  • Backorder Reports in AX;
  • Manage CMP Request;
  • Check Billserve history;
  • Creation of Billserve ticket template and variation - across all branch as needed;
  • Maintain SPLA Update / Billserve vs VCentre Update - across all branch as needed
  • Maintain Billserve request and update - across all branch as needed
  • Manage SNOW Tracker and CloudMetro Changes;
  • Attend Product Trainings when required;
  • Track Billserve change on specific vendor report.

 

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level are welcome to apply
  • Good Comms Skills (verbal and written)
  • Good MS Office Skills (Excel including spreadsheets, reports, pivot table and formulas and other MS applications such as MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office)
  • Good Analytical Thinking and Report Creation
