Essential duties 

 

The role will be responsible with service billing with the following but not limited to: 

 

Processing of service billing accurately and on a timely manner 

Meter reading handling 

Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database. 

Email management 

Invoice preparation and adjustment 

May handle minimal outbound calls for coordination purposes. 

Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader 

Communicate proactively and positively with all members of Canon Asia & CBSC 

Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers. 

Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time 

 

Primary Job Functions: 

Create & Renew Contract (TG, AMC, EW) 

TG Contract Creation 

Contract Creation (for Warrantied Machine e.g. Printer) 

TG Contract and Warranty Contract Renewal & Extension 

Set up extended warranty (For Dealers) 

Click Charge Billing 

Invoice Amendments with Debit Note & Credit Note 

Upload Invoices unto Customer Portal 

Customer Reports 

Credit card charging 

Cost Centre Billing 

Prepare For Cost Centre Billing 

Credit CDSS Invoice & Rebill Invoice by Cost Centre   

Billing of Non-Contractual / Non-Tangible Services 

Service Billing 

Machine Shifting Billing  

Billing Of Software/Maintenance renewal/ Technical Support (w/ or w/o amortisation) 

Request For Loan & Return Of Refurbished machines 

Raise FOC Sales Order for Refurbished Machine 

Raise Collection Order For Refurbished Machines & End of lease machines 

Auction Sales 

Set Up Prices for Papers - Upload Price List of Papers 

Maintain Machine & Contract Records 

Update changes in Machine Records 

Manage Contract Changes (TG, Leasing) 

Novation Process 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

 

College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

Billing and meter reading experience

Intermediate Excel and Word skills 

Good communication skills
