BIS Sales Administration Coordinator

Essential duties
    The role will be assigned but not limited to the following responsibilities:

•    Responsible for providing administrative support to sales & marketing team.
•    Issue sales orders, arrange delivery & collection for B2B customers
•    Prepare daily reports and handle daily admin tasks.
•    Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
•    Communicate proactively and positively with all members of Canon Asia & CBSC
•    Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
•    Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

Primary Job Functions:
•    Processing of Hardware Sales
o    Preparing and processing Sales Order (eDelivery)
o    Uploading delivery schedule on SFDC
o    Managing DO(for billing preparation)
o    Process Billing (modify and invoice)
o    Raise Credit To Settle Outstanding Lease with Leasing Company /Customer
o    Collect Machine (for Internal Lease/Trade In/Dispose/Demo)
o    Leasing Differential
•    Processing of Intangible Sales (eg. CBS,Software)
o    Raise Free text invoice/ Dealer Incentives

•    Order 2 Cash for Papers 
o    Upload Price List of Papers
o    Create Standing Orders for FOC Paper
o    Create Bulk deal orders For Paper
o    Upload Invoices Into Customer Portal
•    Manage Goods Return/Rebilling
o    Process Goods Return Invoice(GRI), No Movement
o    Process For Rebilling
Performance measures    •    Accuracy of data input
•    Timeliness of sales order processing and enquiry management
•    Attendance/reliability
•    Initiative when it comes to work or proactiveness

Qualifications & Experience    

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or any discipline
  • •    2 – 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage 
  • •    Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge 
  • •    Good command of spoken and written English 
  • •    Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • •    Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
