Essential duties    

Commercial
•    Calculate and process commissions using the commission calculation tools (MS Excel and MS Access).
•    Manage customer database, leasing applications and incentives.
•    Provide Commercial insights into the monthly commission payments by analysing sales performance at an Account Manager, Product and Channel perspective.
•    Contribute to achieving Canon Asia goals.

Budget Preparation
•    Provide commissions input to the annual and quarterly budgeting processes.

Decision Support through Information Analysis
•    Provide Commission expertise, planning, insights, commercial analysis and decision support to the Sales & Marketing teams in Canon Asia
•    Act as a focal point for issues and queries for the business regarding commissions.
•    Improve management decision making through commercially sound and insightful analysis.
•    Provide decision support tools to management.

Process
•    Develops and evaluates processes to improve report management and ensure data integrity.
•    Identifies and assists with the rectification of any incidental operating issues to ensure the best possible performance of the division.
•    Minimise manual system interaction. All system interfaces to be automated where and whenever possible.

Reporting
•    Daily Sales reports/Performance to target reports to Sales and Marketing teams.
•    End of month unit reports 
•    Average Cost/Selling Price files to marketing and commercial teams.
•    Ad hoc analyses as required.
•    Apply opportunities for continuous improvement of reporting function.

o    Changes in Customer Particulars (name, search name, UEN, status, delivery address , email & phone)
o    Customer Change in Credit Limit
o    Sales Request To Add Existing Customer Into Account
o    Leads registration in SFDC for sales enquiries
•    Leasing Application
o    Pre-Approval for Leasing
o    Internal Leasing Application (Exceptional , Special)
o    Finance/Operating Leasing Application
o    External Leasing Application
o    External Lease Differential Claims
•    Manage OA
•    Manage Commission
o    Set Up Commission (Item Group, Sales Group, Commission Rate)
•    Calculates Commission
•    Check Commission Calculation
o    Manage appeals
•    Manage Incentives (QPI) - Quarter QPI
•    AR Collection (1st Invoice) - Manage 1st Customer Collection
