About the Role

The Client Services Associate will ensure an efficient and successful Shared Services function for the Canon Group.

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer all inbound customer calls;
  • Assist travel bookings on Australia and New Zealand;
  • Assist all the possible enquiries accordingly;
  • Handled task delegated by management which include but not limited to, clerical duties, correspondences and liaises with external / third party resource, scheduling and tracking of appointments and other arrangements;
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers;
  • Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CBSC;
  • Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers;
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications  

  • Tertiary education
  • Previous experience in handling multiples tasks
  • Good communication skills
