Essential duties:
This is a full-time position working on weekdays only, Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm following the Australian working schedule. Salary is dependent on experience and will be negotiated upon successful interview. This position will offer guidance and full training from the Client Services Lead.
The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:
- Handle a limited volume of incoming customer calls efficiently.
- Assist travel bookings on Australia and New Zealand
- Assist all possible enquiries accordingly.
- Handle task/s delegated by management which include but not limited to:
- clerical duties
- correspondences
- liaises with external/third party resource
- scheduling and tracking of appointments and other arrangements
- Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers
- Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CBSC
- Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
- Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Good communication skills
