About the Role

The key purpose of this role is to perform end-to-end process for Officeworks. It includes order processing, Claims / RMA’s, and working together with the Collections team to resolve any issues on the said account. The main objective is to post all the orders within the day; delivered in full and on time. To address all issues that needs to resolve within OW account. The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Vantage Point to be monitored throughout the day to ensure that OW orders are not on hold.
  • Escalate to EDI team immediately if there is any delay in the orders being imported into AX.
  • Compare OW order schedule to the orders that were received that day.
  • Supervision hold with condition or any changes to the order must be track and immediately escalate to the NAM if an order has not been approved after 4 business hours.
  • Stock concerns to be immediately addressed with NAM & Product Planning (low in stock or out of stock)
  • Ensure both internal and external audits are passed by adhering to requirements and standards established by Canon.
  • Claims and RMA should be properly investigated and validated.
  • Monitor and facilitate reports that can track down actual status.

 

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent system and process knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • High level of accuracy and a strong work ethic
  • High Level of Details
  • Intermediate/Expert  MS Excel skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a wider team
