Contracts & Settlements Coordinator

Essential Duties:

To facilitate the recognition of CFNZ sales through accurate and prompt settlement of approved finance contracts within assigned timeframes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer On-Boarding
  • Ensure each transaction meets full compliance with all applicable regulatory standards
  • Review each credit approved CFNZ finance contract, noting any special conditions or exceptions
  • Ensure equipment installation and contract commencement date align (excluding Consolidated Billing customers)
  • Reconciling invoices to finance contracts
  • Checking the calculation of rebates where applicable
  • Updating and reconciliation of work queues (Originator)
  • Working closely with CFNZ New Business and CNZ Direct
  • Orders teams to resolve issues
  • Archiving and storage of departmental documentation using
  • Therefore, and other relevant systems and procedures as required
  • Support all facets of the CFNZ team and all operational processes within Canon Finance.

Customer Service

Action Originator work queue and CFNZ Settlements inbox on daily basis and within agreed SLA time frames
Issue resolution and escalate unresolved issues to the Client
Administration Manager on onshore team within agreed timeframes.

Consolidated Billing

  • Ensure Consolidated Bill customers are set up correctly and per instructions within the agreed SLA time frames;
  • To work with CFNZ Invoice team to maintain accurate data to ensure customers are consistently billed accurately and on time.

Realtime Administration Processing

  • Post new contracts into Realtime (leasing portfolio software) and ensure accurate customer data is recorded per Team Goals and SLA’s;
  • Pay out / close old contracts from Realtime;
  • Cancel / extend contract per CFNZ procedure;
  • Update Realtime contract Information per other Canon teams and customers’ requests;
  • Assist in generating certain reports as directed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any course
  • At least 2 years Prior settlements experience within leasing or financing industry;
