About the Role

Working as a Contracts and Settlements Coordinator, your role is to support CFA to achieve AOB targets through timely and accurate delivery of:

  • Settlement (posting) of credit approved CFA finance contracts;
  • Preparation of accounts payable documents for third party vendors (where applicable);
  • Reconciliation and administration of various financial related tasks, data entry processes and reports.

The role is predominantly associated with Customer on-boarding machines, and will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the recognition of income and sales to CFA through accurate and prompt settlement of all credit approved finance contracts within departmental timeframes;
  • Ensure each transaction meets full compliance with all applicable regulatory standards;
  • Review each credit approved CFA finance contract, noting any special conditions or exceptions;
  • Ensure equipment installation and contract commencement date align;
  • Reconcile invoices to finance contracts;
  • Checking the calculation of subsidies where applicable;
  • Verify brokerage / commissions prior to submission and payment;
  • Updating and reconciliation of work queues (Originator);
  • Daily preparation of accounts payable documents for CPC’s and third party vendors;
  • Archiving and storage of departmental documentation using Therefore and other relevant systems and procedures as required;
  • Action Originator work queue and CFA Settlements inbox on daily basis and within agreed SLA time frames;
  • Answer inbound calls from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist with issue resolution and ensure that any unresolved issues are escalated to the Client Administration Manager within agreed timeframes;
  • Ensure Consolidated Bill customers are set up correctly and per instructions within the agreed SLA time frames;
  • To work with CFA Invoice team to maintain accurate data to ensure customers are consistently billed accurately and on time;
  • Post new contracts into leasing portfolio software and ensure accurate customer data is recorded per Team Goals and SLA’s;
  • Pay out / close old contracts from Realtime;
  • Cancel / extend contract per CFA procedure;
  • Update Realtime contract Information per NBT/Billing Team/Customers’ requests;
  • Assist in month end settlement report preparation;
  • Assist in generating certain reports as directed or assigned.



  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any course
  • At least 2 years Prior settlements experience within leasing or financing industry;
