About the Role

The role of the Contracts Management Coordinator is to proactively manage and maintain all aspects of the Service/Lease contract life cycle; ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of revenue, in line with Sales Channel; and ensure that the customer has a consistent and positive experience of Canon for the duration of their contracts. The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs in support of team goals;
  • Maximise contract billing;
  • Manage, maintain and bill customers;
  • Obtain and maintain accurate data to ensure customers are consistently billed accurately and on time;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure contracts are created and administered accurately;
  • Validate and activate new customer contracts/approve lease contracts by checking and authoring orders within agreed SLA’s;
  • Terminate machines promptly and accurately to ensure accuracy of final billing, management reporting and termination Suspense account;
  • Manage Lease data by completing rollovers, terminations and renewals accurately;
  • Work with accounts receivables to resolve disputes and minimise aged debt issues.

 

Qualifications  

  • Specialist Knowledge: product, solutions & contracts knowledge to understand implications for service/lease revenue & customer satisfaction
  • Previous Industry Experience: customer centric, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline
  • Strong communication skills to understand internal and external customer issues and to find ways to exceed customer expectations
  • Proactive & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and quality conscious
  • Able to interpret, manipulate & use different forms of complex data
