Essential Duties
- Provide timely support to ERP users across departments.
- Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets and service requests.
- Monitor ERP system performance and ensure uptime.
- Perform routine checks to maintain data integrity and security.
- Coordinate with vendors or developers for system updates and patches.
- Assist in configuring ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Support testing and deployment of new features or modules.
- Recommend improvements to optimize workflows and system usage.
- Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses.
- Document system changes and configurations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions.
- Participate in ERP-related projects such as upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT service management, project coordination, or transition roles.
- ITIL certification (preferably in Service Transition or Managing Professional).
- Experience working in enterprise environments or with managed service providers is a plus.
