Essential Duties
- Prepare the labour cost allocation and other revenue accrual files to be sent to Onshore.
- Accrue revenue based on payroll data, and billing schedules from Operations Managers or Business Unit Heads.
- Review revenue accrual vs. actual billing every month.
- Perform variance analysis on current month and YTD revenue vs. target.
- Send accrual amounts to Onshore every month.
- Confirm intercompany balances with Canon Australia and Canon Business Services.
- Prepare the billing and send out the invoices to customers.
- Print the Billing Statements (BIR approved document) and create the official receipts.
- Respond to the customers’ inquiry on billing and other matters within the O2C scope.
Qualifications
- Has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting
- 1 to 3 years’ working experience in the field of Finance and Accounting
- Has outstanding verbal and written business communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategy experience
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience
