About the Role
The role of the HR Administrator-Benefits is to ensure the efficient and successful processes of Canon’s shared HR Administrative services, as well as provide support to HR Team as required. The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing, validating, and submitting monthly government reports and monthly remittances in a timely manner;
  • Handling of all government related updates of employees in government bodies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR);
  • Processing employee benefits payments and applications as required by the government;
  • Liaising with government representatives on updates and/or concerns of employees;
  • Cascading updates to leaders on changes or amendments in government benefits regulations;
  • Maintaining trackers for easy monitoring of employee benefits and reimbursements;
  • Assisting employees with government-provided loans applications;
  • Ensuring incentives and/or rewards are credited to employees in a timely manner;
  • Managing disputes and discrepancies in employee benefits;
  • Handling GCash and Gift away transactions;



  • 2-3 years of experience handling big headcounts (at least 500);
  • Knowledge in Government Remittances, Contributions, Loans, and Payments;
  • Ability to navigate government sites;
  • Efficiently adheres to SLA of Help Desk Tickets (2-3 days).
