About the Role

The key purpose of this role is to execute all pricing set-up, allocations and POD/Invoice copies needed across the entire BIS Account Receivable Team. This would help to process the orders in the system correctly and to provide the required PODs that matches to each corresponding invoices resulting for fast reconciliation and collection of payment.

 

Essential Duties

•    To fully allocate all managed stocks within the same day including urgent and valued customers with specific LADs accurately.
•    Set-up and sending of Pricelist to those customers with trade agreement on a monthly basis. 
•    Updating of Price in the system for Discontinued and New items or Mercury code change. 
•    Set-up in D365 or SPR System for Special Pricing Request proposed by NAMs upon approval.
•    Ensure Global Pricing template is updated on a weekly basis
•    Ensure Price Check WorkBook is updated on a monthly basis
•    Decision Making Authority
•    Deployment issue resolution.
•    Assigned Work package related decisions.

•    To accurately update all mercury code and pricing in the system so items for processing are based on their given pricelist.
•    Reduce Claims (Over/Under Charge) by ensuring accuracy of pricing set-up that is being done on a monthly basis.
•    Ensure both internal and external audits are passed by adhering to requirements and standards established by Canon.
•    Items on hand are well allocated to achieve the required Sales. Target.

•    Ensure that all pricing set-up are updated which would help the processors to rely them to our resellers and distributors.
•    Ensure accuracy of allocation to each order in the system subject for management’s approval to guarantee that POs can be process as per request.
•    Maintain and keep the Standard Operating Procedures up to date.
•    Maintain a strong knowledge of all Consumer products and services.

•    Actively participate in the creation, ongoing evolution and achievement of own Personal Development Plan (PDP).
•    Support and promote the department purpose.
•    Encourage and facilitate the sharing of information and knowledge with all team members. Identify and act on opportunities to provide value-added services to internal and external Indirect Customers.
•    Display good camaraderie among the teammates and other counterparts. Support and participate in events and workshops to improve engagement result.
•    Ability to work independently and be part of a wider team.

 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s / College Degree
•    At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
•    Excellent system and process knowledge
•    Excellent customer service and communications skills
•    High level of accuracy and a strong work ethic
•    Intermediate MS Excel skills
•    Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
