Essential Duties

  • Monitor & maintain accurate stock levels across Oceania
  • Collate and analyse sales data and tender information to support accurate demand forecasting
  • Maintain and update reference spreadsheets and ensure compliance with reporting schedules
  • Timely stock allocations based on established inventory policies to meet project priorities and customer requirements
  • Monitor and request incoming shipment prioritisation to expedite back-order fulfilment
  • Respond to queries from internal teams regarding backorders, ETAs, and stock availability
  • Review and approve product configurations to support smooth implementation
  • Execute Inventory related transactions in line with established processes
  • Learn and maintain proficiency in Canon Inc systems, as applicable
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in product planning, inventory coordination or supply chain management
  • Strong project coordination skills in a corporate or B2B environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including macro and pivot)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred) and familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce advantageous)
  • Ability to interpret data and manage complex reporting requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Technical aptitude to understand product configurations
  • Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications
