About the Role

The role of the Robotics Process Automation Developer is to support the Centre of Excellence (COE)'s goals by identifying which business processes are sufficiently data-driven to be, or which otherwise lend themselves as, prime RPA candidates; create the requirements necessary to implement RPA, adapt interfacing systems to accommodate it; and implement RPA / Bot into production. As an RPA Developer, you will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Perform process automation duties by utilizing UiPath and its functionalities as the core platform;
  • Design and develop RPA Robots for different industries and clients ;
  • Contribute to the preparation, design, development and testing of RPA processes / bots;
  • Collaborate with clients to setup environments and deploy the Robots in production;
  • Participate in planning for implementation of solutions, concepts, identifying processes for RPA and feasibility with various process owners across the organization;
  • Conduct process walks to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers to ensure the suitability of the process for automation;
  • Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and recommend Automation solutions;
  • Manage and maintain issues that arise in production including tracking defects and reporting on critical process metrics;
  • Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues and provide actionable inputs to mitigate;
  • Ensure RPA related decisions are aligned with business goals & strategies, adherence to RPA standards, best practices for building and deploying RPA capability;
  • Coordinates sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development;
  • Manage the agile delivery of business results involving complex and interconnected processes and/ or technologies and one or more business partners and/or vendors/implementation partners and deployment.


  • Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • Must have 2 - 3 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation and tools
  • Expertise on UiPath Platform
  • Have in-depth knowledge of RPA tools and its capabilities
  • Knowledge of AI integration into RPA will be an added advantage
  • Requires minimal direction in handling challenging or complex situations
  • Experience in spearheading robotics, business process improvements and process re-engineering implementations
  • Excellent Project Management skills
