About The Role

 

  • Source potential candidates through social media networks and job portals
  • Align and collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to identify role requirements
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates prior to endorsement
  • Administer necessary assessments to the candidates as required by the role
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Maintain an active Recruitment and Sourcing Tracker for all candidates
  • Develop and maintain a strong pool of candidates for upcoming vacancies within the organization
  • Establish strong partnership with different universities for University Relations Program
  • Manage Open House and University Relations Program activities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Recruitment Specialists, P&C Assistant Manager, and Head of P&C

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related courses
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in sourcing
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills 
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Experience in using various job portals and social media networks
  • Volume hiring experience is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Boolean search for candidate sourcing
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sourcing strategies
  • Has keen attention to detail, is proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
