About the Role
The Relocations team is responsible in ensuring Canon machines are relocated or moved and properly installed back and fully operational from one place to another seamlessly. This task includes transfer of machine between customer/ Business Partner sites, from customer/ Business partner site to Canon warehouse and vice-versa. The team also organizes Canon Finance accounts under Regional areas, Metro / Regional Loan trial collections and collection of devices that needs to go to storage (Frozen stock).

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree of any course
- At least 2 years related working experience in Technical Support Coordinator role with exposure preferred but not required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and customer focus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High level of pro-activity and professional attitude
- Sound Telephony Skills
- Analysis Ability
- Proven ability to achieve targets, excellent organisational skills and time management
- Project management experience
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
- Good rapport with internal and external customers.
- Has the ability to work effectively and seamlessly delivering results without being closely managed
