About The Role


The main duties in the role however not limited to include….

  • Advertising through Seek and other mediums to attract the best candidates 

  • High volume recruitment that includes 

    • Administer and effectively manage recruitment processes 

    • Conduct Resume and Phone Screening of candidates for short listing via the Candidate Database 

    • Initial screening could sometimes include Video interviews to make sure we are getting the best of the best

  • Shortlisting for second interviews to the hiring manager

  • Having fun.


About You


Essential to your success in this role you must possess the following…

  • Attention to detail with approx 4 years experience in a similar role

  • Highly organized, fast paced & efficient 

  • Driven by targets and deadlines

  • Diligent to see process through to completion

  • Team orientated with the ability to work with varied personalities

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written

  • Professional with the ability to manage stakeholders

  • Excellent computer skills including SAP SuccessFactors

  • Patience

  • Open mind and willingness to support wider team with additional recruitment tasks & admin support

  • Responsible, diligent and self-starter

  • Friendly bubbly, personable which leads to you exceptional resilience & resourceful

  • Excellent personal presentation
