Sales Administration Officer - Business Products

Essential duties

 

The role will be assigned but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to sales & marketing team.
  • Issue sales orders, arrange delivery & collection for B2B customers
  • Prepare daily reports and handle daily admin tasks.
  • Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
  • Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC
  • Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
  • Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

  • College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2 – 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
