Essential duties

Sales & Commercial Support

  • Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and pricing documentation
  • Assist sales teams with deal administration, approvals, and variations
  • Support renewals, and extensions
  • Track opportunities through the sales lifecycle and ensure timely follow-up

Process & Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and documentation
  • Support standardisation of templates, workflows, and playbooks
  • Assist with sales audits, compliance, and governance activities
  • Contribute to sales enablement initiatives and tools adoption

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • Ensure pipeline data integrity, including stages, close dates, and values
  • Produce regular sales reports and dashboards (pipeline, forecasts, wins/losses)
  • Support sales forecasting and monthly reporting activities

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between sales, finance, operations, and delivery teams
  • Liaise with vendors and distributors for pricing, deal registration, and availability
  • Support onboarding of new sales staff with tools, processes, and systems
  • Respond to internal and customer queries relating to sales administration

Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Clearly explain technical licensing concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Effectively troubleshoot licensing issues and provide solutions to complex licensing challenges, queries or issues related to provisioning, activation of licenses, renewals, reservations etc. 

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales support, sales administration, or coordinator role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience working on Hardware and Software licensing deals
  • Exposure to Microsoft CSP, cloud, or software licensing
  • Experience working with distributors and vendors
  • Experience in an MSP, IT services/distributors, SaaS, or technology environment
  • Familiarity with quoting tools and pricing models
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Understanding of sales cycles, contracts, and commercial processes
  • Customer-focused and collaborative working style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
