Essential Duties

  • Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs in support of team goals
    • Maximize contract billing
    • Manage, Maintain and bill customers
  • To obtain and maintain accurate data to ensure customers are consistently billed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with Key stakeholders to ensure contracts are created and administered accurately
  • Supply training to new hires who will be endorse to the operations upon completion of Q&T Training
  • Can execute any kind of complex cases and knowledgeable in all aspect of Contract Management expertise
  • Assist the Process Lead all information and data required that will contribute to strategic and critical decision making for the team
  • Confident to deal with conflict and negotiation with internal and external counterparts to streamline the process
  • Give alternative approaches and hand recommendations on how to resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with different parties to ensure the delivery of performance required.
  • Point of Contact in absence of Process Lead
  • Manually create Service and Lease contracts in Oracle, as and when required.
  • Validate and activate new customer contracts/approve lease contracts by checking and authoring orders within agreed SLA’s
  • Handles contract disputes for new and current customers to ensure accuracy with billing and align with signed contract.
  • Terminate machines promptly and accurately to ensure accuracy of final billing, management reporting and termination Suspense account. Manage Lease data by completing rollovers, terminations, and renewals accurately
  • Process Machine Collection Requests for customer using correct process and ensuring install base records are updated.
  • Process Machine Relocation Request for customer using correct process and ensuring install base records are updated.
  • Point of Contact as second in line of Process Lead in overseeing the team
  • Provide guidelines and consultation to the team for complex situations as they are the process champion in the production.
  • Identify risks and gaps in the process to plan initiatives for process enhancement.
  • Assist in the on boarding process and side by side coaching of new hires.

 

Qualifications

  • Specialist Knowledge: product, solutions & contracts knowledge to understand implications for service/lease revenue & customer satisfaction
  • Previous Industry Experience: customer centre, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline
  • Effective communication skills to understand internal and external customer issues and to find ways to exceed customer expectations
  • Proactive & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Critical Thinking and Strategic
  • With Out-of-the box mindset
  • Compliance and can manage risk
  • Attention to detail and quality conscious
