Essential duties
- Maintain and Reconcile Ledger Accounts to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
- Review monthly overhead by total and cost centre level.
- Provide variance analysis vs. budget of overhead.
- Identify Risk and Opportunities
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Monitor changes in tax laws.
- Guide the Financial Analyst on their deliverables especially on the Accounts Payable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional certification is desirable but not required (CPA, CMA, etc.)
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in accounting or commercial finance roles
- Experience as General Accountant
- Experience in BPO industry
