About the Role

The primary purpose of the Senior Training Specialist role is to facilitate training sessions and other training requirements such as refresher training and onboarding training for newly hired staff within CUK Business Operations.

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities: 

  • Deliver training sessions to equip business users to maximize solutions;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within Canon UK Business Operations, with partners, and with customers;
  • May support additional training delivery requirements such as internal on-boarding and refresher programs on a per need basis;
  • Work with Canon UK Biz Ops customers on customer projects
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that set goals and timelines can be met;
  • Send post training reporting on all training sessions assigned and complete workflow trackers;
  • Assure alignment with training processes, tools, and templates;
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to validate training is aligned with business needs and expectations.


Qualifications  

  • At least 3- 5 years’ experience in training/teaching and/or adult learning; virtual training facilitation experience is preferred; BPO experience is a plus
  • Flexibility -- willing to work between mid-graveyard shifts, supporting UK region.
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation skills
  • High customer experience orientation
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn technology quickly
  • Ability to work with virtual groups
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population
  • Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced and time-critical environment
  • Solid time management skills
  • Results-oriented and has the desire to follow processes
  • Strong attention to detail to review and organize source material
  • Instructional design and training content development experience is a plus
