Essential duties
The role will be responsible with contract management with the following but not limited to:
- Creation and maintenance of contract information in the system
- Preparation of letters to customer upon warranty expiry
- Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database
- Email management
- Invoice preparation and adjustment
- Undergo cross-training and handle other LOBs (line of business) as assigned by the Team Leader
- Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC
- Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
- Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
- College in any discipline with relevant work experience
- Intermediate computer skills and well versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams in particular)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
