Service Administration Officer - Contract Management

Essential duties

The role will be responsible with contract management with the following but not limited to:

  • Creation and maintenance of contract information in the system
  • Preparation of letters to customer upon warranty expiry
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database
  • Email management
  • Invoice preparation and adjustment
  • Undergo cross-training and handle other LOBs (line of business) as assigned by the Team Leader
  • Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC
  • Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
  • Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

  • College in any discipline with relevant work experience
  • Intermediate computer skills and well versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams in particular)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
