Accountable to the People & Culture Assistant Manager for the execution of duties which include the following:

  • Process the end-to-end Technical Recruitment for IT-related and non-IT related positions.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process are in accordance with HR procedures. This includes posting of job advertisements, updating the intranet and website with new job ads and liaising with Hiring Managers.
  • Administer and effectively manage all recruitment systems and avenues of the company making sure they are all updated.
  • Conduct Resume and Phone Screening of candidates for short listing
  • Process applications in line with sound recruitment practices and methods, including interviews and reference checks.
  • In-charge of ATS Management for resume conversion and application maintenance.
  • Reinforce Canon recruitment policy and procedures with Canon Managers as related to Company vision and values and relevant legislation
  • Present job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process
  • Administer and Monitor the Refer a Friend Program and other recruitment sources
  • Ensure all roles recruited have updated position description and follow up where none.
  • Compliance with HR policies & procedures
  • Highlight areas of continuous improvement to both recruitment/HR processes and site issues as they arise.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Filing and general administrative tasks.

Assist the Head of HR & HR Team as reasonably required.
