About the Role

The Technology Business Analyst will provide administration & financial process support for pepper employees in management roles, in Technology.

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support for onboarding and offboarding Technology employees;
  • Manage financial administration, including reconciliation, invoice processing, and assistance with end-of-month Technology Finance reports;
  • Assist with Technology contract renewals for both suppliers and contractors;
  • Monitor and analyze Technology expenses for Operational & Capital expenditures.
  • Facilitate half-yearly budget exercises, including scheduling meetings, capturing minutes, and following up on actions;
  • Provide advice and assistance on Finance practices, Budget & Spend, Purchase Order processes, Vendor management, and Project Code setup;
  • Ensure adherence to financial processes for Purchase Orders and Project code setup.
  • Maintain Vendor-related contracts within the Vendor Management System;
  • Support monthly Technology Operational expense reconciliation and maintain Technology budget/spend and Headcount sheets.

 

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/IT
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Administration & Finance management role
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Good level of initiative
  • Eye for detail
  • Efficient time management
