About the Role

The purpose of the Benefits Coordinator is to ensure an efficient and successful shared HR Administrative service for Canon, while providing support to the HR Team with respect to broader HR initiatives as required.

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities: 

  • Effective monitoring of loan trackers for payroll purposes;
  • Communicate with the leaders for updates and clarification;
  • Provide monthly loan deduction report for payroll processing;
  • Generate all other reports as needed;
  • Preparation, validation, and submission of monthly government reports and monthly remittances based on the payment schedule;
  • Administration of all government-related updates of employees in government bodies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR);
  • Coordinate with employees in their inquiries and document processing with government and company-provided benefits;
  • Liaise with the liaison officer to process government documents;
  • Liaise with government representatives on updates/concerns of employees;
  • Maintain trackers for easy monitoring of employee benefits and reimbursements;
  • Assist employees in the application of government-provided loans;
  • Participate in planning and coordinating with government agencies regarding government-related seminars;
  • Processing billing and purchase orders;
  • Liaise with the procurement team to process purchase orders;
  • Rewards and incentives crediting;
  • Enrollment and deletion of new hires and dependents;
  • Assist in processing of reimbursement and claims;
  • Data management for updating of statutory numbers and employee information;
  • Helpdesk Management.

 

 

Qualifications  

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related
