About the Role
The e-Maintenance Administrator is the gatekeeper for the direct UK & Ireland data within the e-Maintenance system. The primary task relates to the adding and removing of devices, setting up ‘toner managed’ devices and the integrity of the data on the server. They are responsible for ensuring this data is kept up to date and clear of any errors. They also support both Internal and External customers and some specifically trained Engineers in the field with reference to e-Maintenance related issues. These include, but are not limited to, the set-up, configuration, and toner-levels of devices within the system.
This role will be assigned the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that all eM related requests and incidents raised in Siebel or the team email accounts are processed within agreed timescales.
- Maximise percentage of e-Maintenance connected and toner-managed devices
- Perform system housekeeping as needed, working methodically to review data for accuracy.
- Provide performance updates against KPIs set
- Support others to add, remove and administer device set-up as needed
- Support other areas within the Services Team after provided trainings and Cross-Skilling
Qualifications:
- Background in Customer Service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS-Office applications.
