THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional administrative and customer service skills to join our Customer Experience team in a role that owns our end to end internal sales process.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring all our sales enquiries and orders are processed efficiently and accurately.  And with a strong knowledge of our products and services you’ll support both our sales team and customers in ensuring all sales data is accurate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A head for proactive troubleshooting and a logical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.  You’ll have strong administration skills, ideally from a sales environment and proficiency in Excel.  And you’ll have ability to understand and follow business processes and methodologies.  But overall we’re looking for a real team player who will put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
