About the role

 

This is a varied entry-level role based at our clients’ corporate offices in the heart of Hamilton. We are on the lookout for a Service Centre Representative who is a reliable team member with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, along with excellent customer service and communications skills. Some of the main duties will include:

 

  • Mail Processing and Deliveries across our clients' multiple sites
  • Ad hoc Reception duties when required
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Booking couriers
  • Providing an excellent working relationship with the client on site
  • Meeting room management
  • General administrative duties including data entry
  • Management of office consumables
  • Some moderate lifting may be required
  • Pool car maintenance – managing the fleet, booking in services, etc.
  • Facilities related duties when required
  • Ensuring your site is compliant with Canon and our clients’ Health & Safety Standards

 

 

About you

 

This is a highly versatile role where you’ll be happy to ‘muck in’ with your team where needed. You are open minded, happy to wear many hats and always keen to learn. Key skills and experience include:

 

  • Full clean driving license is essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and basic Excel
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Very high standard of personal presentation
  • Highly reliable team player
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Administration skills
  • Proactive problem solver

 

 

Please note: A full clean driving license is essential for this role as you will be required to use a company vehicle to get to and from different site premises.
