About the Role:

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our Canon Busines Solutions team in Wellington. Our business solution team includes five key product sets - Business Print, Professional Print, Software Solutions, Collaboration Technologies, and Business Process Outsourcing.

 

As a Client Services Manager you will take shared ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients and become a key relationship holder and a critical link between Canon and our Canon Business Solution customers. This exciting role requires you to:

  • Work collaboratively with the Account Manager
  • Develop strong customer relationships through regular client meetings
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of unique client needs
  • Identify opportunities for sales optimisation
  • Drive process improvement and performance reporting
  • Grow the value of Canon’s key-client base
  • Deliver all-round amazing customer service

 

About You

 

A passionate individual with a true customer focus gained through 2-3 years of customer relationship management or account management experience. The ability to develop and establish strong long-term working relationships with customers, both internal and external coupled with some knowledge of working towards revenue and profit targets is preferred.  A strong ability to communicate engagingly and effectively, both verbally and non-verbally is a must.
