About the Role

 

Based on our client’s corporate premises in central Wellington, we are seeking a service champion for our Client Site Manager role. This is a key role, responsible for leading our team and working closely with the onsite Client to ensure an end-to-end first-class experience for our Canon Business Services functions.

 

Main Duties include:

 

  • Lead your team and with responsibility for day-to-day site operations
  • Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Monthly reporting, budgeting and invoicing
  • Work closely with the client’s Facilities team to provide Building Facilities support
  • Lead service delivery and issue resolution
  • Proactively engage with the customer and wider business to ensure ongoing service excellence
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients’ Health & Safety Standards

 

 

About you

 

Success in this role requires experience in process improvement, strong admin and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You’ll be organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement, along with providing an exceptional service.

 

  • Staff management experience
  • A passion for creating excellent customer experiences
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Proven process improvement experience
  • Adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong administration skills and a proactive problem solver
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
