About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Concierge to join our Canon team that supports our premier client, One New Zealand. You will be based at One New Zealand’s amazing corporate offices in Wellington. Here, you'll enjoy the perks of collaborating with a dynamic and fun team and working in modern offices.
As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a vital role ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience. The Corporate Concierge is entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and representing Canon and One New Zealand in an ethical and professional manner.
Scope of the role includes:

Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of organisation structure and employees

Meeting and greeting visitors, providing exceptional customer service

Efficiently managing the Visitor Registration System of the building
-
Maintaining an immaculate front office area
-
Liaising with clients and hosts
-
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
-
In charge of meeting and events amenities and assisting with event setup or set down

Assisting with room bookings administration
-
Escorting clients to meeting rooms when required

Ensuring site compliance with Canon and One New Zealand Health & Safety Standards

Mailroom and administration support

Building and Facilities Support
About you | Mōu
We are seeking an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and always maintains a high level of professionalism. Your positive attitude and adaptable nature will contribute to the collaborative and high-energy team.
Key skills and experience include:

Very high standard of personal presentation
-
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality and/or office support

Superior multitasking and organisational skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with room booking software preferable

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Strong administration skills
-
A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature

Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed
