About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Join our Digital Services team as a Digital Services Capture Operator (data entry and document processing) on a fixed-term contract from 1st April until 26th June, where you'll play a vital role in converting customer data into a digital format while adhering to client requirements and company policies.
Your responsibilities will include sorting and prep work of documents ready for processing, keying and data entry, completing tasks on time and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our production processes. You'll also interact professionally with clients and handle administrative duties as needed, along with:

Form assessment and evaluation

Document receipt, preparation, scanning, and keying

Maintaining data entry minimum keying speeds always paying strong attention to detail

Keeping familiar with client expectations as outlined in Work Instructions

Understanding of capture work queues and Canon systems

Maintaining knowledge of the front-end process in MAP
-
Accurate completion of timesheets and task sheet
About you | Mōu
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a positive team player who takes pride in your accuracy and attention to detail. Strong data entry, computer literacy and numeric skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be committed to exceeding client expectations and eager to learn and grow in your role.
Key skills and experience include:

Experience in document control

Proficiency in data entry keyboard skills (alpha 80%, numeric 20%)

Excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills

Knowledge of New Zealand geography and region names

Technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and data entry

Previous experience in an operational and customer service-based environment

Minimum keystroke speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour with an error rate of less than 1%

Competence with various technology and a willingness to learn new systems
