Processing Representative

• Permanent, Full-time position
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Based at our client’s premises, we’re looking for detail-driven process champions who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure accuracy under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Operate scanning and sorting equipment for efficient processing.
• Maintain clear and detailed records of transactions and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
• Comply with health and safety standards, including PPE requirements.

About You | Mōu

We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience meeting service levels and delivering outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to and support process compliance.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Physically fit
• Strong time management and ability to work autonomously.
• Customer-centric focus with a willingness to learn and show initiative.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Facilities support experience is highly regarded.
