  • This role is based on our client site in Wellington
  • This role is a Fixed Term Full-time position (12 months)
  • The working hours are full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role    

This role requires a highly motivated, team-oriented person who is able to provide efficient, client-focused service with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Main Duties

  • Mail processing and delivery
  • Courier distribution
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Develop a working relationship with the client and external providers
  • Greeting visitors and reception cover
  • Meeting room set up
  • Delivering office consumables within the building and stationary management
  • General administration (updating spreadsheets, responding to emails etc.)
  • Facilities Support
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and the client’s Health & Safety Standards
